Originally released in 2013......
After an intense but most enjoyable festival season of gigs, Laid Blak were looking forward to a well earned rest. However, there was one more challenge for the band to embrace before they could truly kick back: Unplugged was recorded on 19th September 2013 at one of the most prestigious venues in the country - St. George's Hall, Bristol, UK.

The band knew this was a place with an incredible musical history that hadn't seen the like of Laid Blak before and this increased the tension and pressure in the studio for them to prepare to step into the unknown.

The night successfully allowed Laid Blak to showcase to a wider audience that they are musicians to be taken seriously. They chose the songs that night to tell the Laid Blak story and let the audience enjoy the journey to date with them.
