This piece of work officially represents 20 years in the business but if I think about, it we’re talking more like 30 years. Bunjy and my relationship takes us deep into the beginning of the Rave Era, which is where our creative minds first entwined. Some might say we were destined to have purchased the same tickets that took us on this musical journey!

The songs featured in this recording are a culmination of both old and new, some of which have already celebrated their 20th birthday. It's a beautiful thing knowing that the same flame that burned so bright, and the excitement we both had when we did our first live show at the Elbow Rooms, Park St, Bristol with just a DJ, two vocalists and a guitar, still lights up the room today.

When people ask me to name my top 3 shows, this one definitely makes the podium. The energy levels from the crowd were out of the roof, these energies when transcended to the band, helped create a once-in-a-lifetime moment.

We’ve already thanked individuals and sponsors over the years for their help and support, you know who you are… But I do need to thank Darrel Pursey of WG Scaffolding, Love Armorey and Terry at Wave Promotions for helping make our anniversary a night to remember.

I hope you get as much joy and pleasure from listening to this as we did performing it.

Writing this has helped me realise the importance of acknowledging the work and commitment it takes to celebrate 20 years in any business. I’d be lying if said it was all a bed of roses, definitely not, but I can say we wouldn’t change a thing. Bring on the next twenty!!

Finally, a massive shout-out to my ever-faithful, hardworking band members who continue to allow me to express my inner thoughts to the masses on a weekly basis. Your commitment to the cause is undeniable.
